Shipping policy
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Estimated Shipping Times: To bring you the most innovative pet products at the best prices, we partner with manufacturers and suppliers worldwide. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on your location.
- Standard International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Occasional delays may happen due to customs or carrier logistics, but we are always here to help track your package.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: PetJoyHub is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
